Sturt Noble Associates were engaged by Statewide Planning and Stanisic Architects to prepare a Landscape Master Plan for a proposed new development at Lane Cove West Business Park.
The proposed development involves the construction of 5 new residential apartment buildings, a community building and associated infrastructure including roadways, public realm and communal open space and parks bordering the Lane Cove River.
The incorporation of existing bushland character into the site is a key element. In addition; Stanisic Architects buildings embrace this green vision by the creation of green roofs and green walls being incorporated into the project.
