The Exordium Apartments at Zetland is a new $41m development comprising 104 contemporary apartments for affordable, high quality housing solutions to key workers within the City of Sydney.
The new development features communal gardens and BBQ areas and a small cafe to cater to the inner city living.
Sturt Noble used a variety of materials including face brick walling, brick pavers, timber decking and timber cladding to provide interest in the communal open space. A simple water feature provides interest and a reflective element at the front entry.
