Providing a variety of herbs and vegetables with an emphasis on seasonality, the garden creates an attractive outlook for the restaurant, visually reinforcing the link between food production and consumption, demonstrating the values of sustainability within an urban environment. Traditional materials & garden furnishings, reflect the age and past use of the building and surrounding gardens. Recycled paving, feature pots, trellising and aged materials enhance the sense of place.
