Liverpool Council engaged Sturt Noble in conjunction with DWP Suters Architects to design and document a state of the art leisure centre with a landscape budget of over $5 million dollars.
The Centre includes a district library, multi-purpose Community Centre, Indoor recreation centre, Skate park, playground, half court basketball facilities, cycle paths and picnic areas.
