Nelsons Ridge is a 1500 lot subdivision developed by Lend Lease, set within 40 hectares of parks, reserves and recreation spaces. The design for the open space network includes a kilometre long creekline through the centre of the subdivision. The existing creekline was reshaped and revegetated & forms an integral part of the drainage system & with stormwater retention basin provides habitat for native fauna and a recreational resource for residents. Planting of predominantly indigenous species, connect to form a continuous corridor of habitat and provide over one kilometre of green space.
